Vegetables are the most nutritious food to the human body for thousands of years.
Vegetables contain 90% of all Vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to act and balance itself and repair defects in the cells.
Root vegetables have special growth conditions inside the ground, therefore they are rich with minerals and vitamins. Root vegetables are particularly important to strengthen the immune system, balance blood sugar and reduce fats.
Another vegetable group is the leafy vegetables characterized by the color green. These chlorophyll-rich vegetables greatly strengthens iron level in the blood and thus raise oxygen level too. These vegetables also important in treating infections and fix defects in the cells.
